• RECORDS ANALYST

Reports to: Manager, Aircraft Records
Overall Responsibilities
Prepare and audit information relative to aircraft and engine maintenance records; audit time-limited parts, corrosion prevention and airworthiness directives spreadsheets. Prepare Fleet Reliability Report and maintenance check packages.
Essential Duties
- Prepare monthly Fleet Reliability Report: collect, enter and calculate data related to utilization and reliability rates for all aircraft (i.e., maintenance related delays, prematurely removed parts).
- Prepare scheduled maintenance check packages. Audit records of life-limited parts, corrosion and airworthiness directives and prepare tally sheets according to time remaining.
- Daily input of flight data into Engine-Conditioning-Monitoring (ECM) system and analyze to determine engine performance.
- Update aircraft and engine Master Time Logs. Enter individual aircraft times from log sheets to ensure accurate and complete data on aircraft engine flight hours and cycles.
- Assist in the training of new departmental staff as necessary.
- Update airworthiness directives in datasheets to ensure technical and quantitative accuracy.
- Auditing Status Board and updating Hot Items Status board.
- Devise and maintain monthly specifications for each aircraft, detailing the history of the aircraft to ensure compliance with Federal Regulations.
- Draft top 20 removal report.
Essential Elements
Education / Experience: Three to five years professional experience in aviation administration, including record- and book-keeping duties preferred. PC literate with high proficiency in office application software. Good communication skills. Highly organized with good attention to detail; able to effectively prioritize tasks.
