The transportation of Dangerous Goods by air is regulated and controlled by IATA and OACI. The purpose of these regulations is to establish the procedures for the transportation of dangerous materials in a secure way.
IATA's "Regulation Concerning Dangerous Goods " is an mandatory reference tool for the correct handling of these types of shipments.
Reponsibilities:
In the case of shipments of restricted goods the "Shipper" is responsible for the correct packing, labeling and documentation of the pieces, all of which will be reviewed by qualified personnel before their acceptance and transport in one of " CENTURION's" aircraft.
